4. Goods

We may offer printed guides or branded merchandise. Delivery schedules and shipping terms are noted at purchase.

5. Refund Policy

We strive tohelp satisfaction across all offerings. Our refund rules vary by type:

5.1 Services

If you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled session, a full refund of the fee will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days. Cancellations between 3 and 6 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 2 days are not eligible for refund due to preparatory commitments. You may transfer a booked session to another date once, subject to availability and advance notice of at least 3 days.

5.2 Information Products

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment channel within 14 days.

5.3 Goods

Return requests for physical items must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in unused condition. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund is issued to the original payment channel within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

6. Limitation of Liability

We offer guidance based on current Swiss regulations. We do not delivering specific outcomes. Our total liability is capped at the total amount paid under these terms.
